We specialise in delivering one to one coaching and coaching skills training programmes to help develop leadership and management capability and since our formation in 2001 have worked with many people from both public and private sector organisations.

Our open coach training programme "Top Coach Training" is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. All of our programmes include practical tools and models that can be applied at work and in life generally.
